We use veganic agricultural practices; an organic approach to farming completely free of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, GMOs and animal byproducts such as manure. Instead, we use plant-based compost and green manures to enhance soil fertility.

Our trees have rewarded us with a bumper harvest of olives yielding 25% oil when pressed – 20% above the average yield.

We partner with a local producer to have our olives cold pressed, first pressed producing extra virgin olive oil.
